3. Create a conflict to make people believe In the US and them mentality. Let inflation off the leash, artificially. and start jacking up interest rates to pretend you want to fight inflation. But your real goal is to totally bankrupt countries.
4. Create a total banking crisis to make it look like the only way out is to bring in a 'new' centralised system. And establish a lifeline but only if you sign on with the IMF and co.
5. Crush any opposition to your scheme. Aggressively.
