    Tasil I think they may be talking about call and put options not company options.they should be treated in the same way as shares are,would suggest ringing Westpac.Postie think you are getting confused between the old and new(quicker)process.Decrease you can also pay by Bpay,just need your unique numbers from the registry and away you go
