On page two, it gives you an option to do a Bpay payment with a unique Bpay Reference number to you as a holder. This I find the simplest and you then have a record of payment.

You can always call securities transfer register and request a letter to be re-sent to you.

I do not hold options so I do not know if the letters have been sent out already if not, it is highly likely that LOM will release an announcement like I linked above guiding you as a holder as to how to convert and send you a specific letter that has your unique Bpay Reference.
