How to fix EGO

    This isn't as difficult as some on here think it is to do. Seriously we all need a new direction. No more false promises or excuses. We have to urgently install confidence in this stock once again. Current performances are not acceptable any longer.

    Currently we have 2 board members etc in EGO who are absorbing a huge loss maybe not the 90% as most holders are since our team came about 4 yrs ago, but combined a loss of millions is on paper.
    How long before they realise what has been going on just hasn't worked?
    How long before the top 20 finally support change?
    Currently a huge % have now indicated they no longer support and now support change!

    We as holders have 65% of voting power to well and truly make change, even without MIN's support. Be great if they do support that change is needed. But who knows exactly what they are up to, time will tell. I would love them to take up a seat and start leading this company. Hard to believe that they would run their business by the performance we as EGO deliver.

    We can produce a quality proven team, who will undertake the prudent business steps to ensure our success!
    Please understand hard decisions are urgently require and make no mistake a new team will understand this. Unfortunately the terrible mess we are in will be challenging but only a fresh team can bring about success and change market sentiment. Just announcing a new team would increase SP imo. Be great if a new team took a brave position and structured their remuneration on performances, now that would be a game changer in increasing market sentiment, wouldn't it.

    Someone please convince me that by supporting a failed business model and team without changes brings success.

    We can refinance the MIN loan easily, once a new team is in place. Market the company a lot better than presently and start attracting new investors once we detail a new aggressive drilling program in the North. Only a new team can attract investment and positive sentiment again to get us drilling sooner than our current 5 yr plan.

    Personally I long for the day when we all on here get along and receive great transparent and regular communications from boards. See our investment grow with sensible smart decisions/actions. I believe in EGO and our future but do not believe we have a capable team any longer to deliver results imo, last 4 yrs has spoken loud enough to me. We need a truly independent board whose focus is on holders and growth.

    We all deserve a lot better than we are receiving and have received over the past few years. We don't need more excuses etc. We all want to be able to talk positive about our investment and the direction we are taking. We all need to feel a sense of excitement again. Arguing on here about this/that goes nowhere. Why can't holders finally unite and control our destiny. I am at a total loss of why holders actually accept and support our current team. What will it actually take before the current few supporters actually start believing that are current path and business model is broken.

    Anyway things are changing and lets hope our investment can be saved. This is the best time for us to bring about change. This can be done easily by - talk about this later. I am a big believer in doing things behind closed doors as to speak we don't really need a messy public tit for tat spill. We have endured them way too often imo. Make a few sensible changes then a few parting directors can prepare to exit and the company can write a nice thank you letter etc.

    I do support change, time is now and we can do it the easy way. How can a board simply ignore holders. Why should a team be allowed to deliver failure after failure - it's not right! Hopefully I can be in a position to announce when the time is right, lot's to do so please be patient, then holders can way up what's best for them. Lot's to do, my focus is saving my investment it should be yours imo. GLTA.
