    Agreed. The hypothetical ICO route is a laugh surely. It will be debt, CR, JV, VC or some combination of those. I'm hoping they avoid a CR and fund the first 50 odd satellites with a JV or VC. There are some exciting potential partners out there. Once they have a decent number of satellites in orbit there will be enough revenue to cover the borrowing costs to complete the constellation.
