Anton Szandor LaVey died of pulmonary edema his lungs so full of fluid that no last words were possible. His friends and family confirm this.

As for Voltaire, there is a claim for his last words as a response to renounce satan was, "Now is not the time to make new enemies." What is believed to be the reality was, "Adieu, my dear Morand" to his friend and faithful servant.

David Hume apparently died in calm, peaceful dignity, so much so that when questioned by a devout Christian as to whether he had fears of annihilation, he replied, "not the least; no more than the thought that I had not been." This left the Christian so afraid and uncertain of his own faith that he said that like a man in sudden danger he sort comforting arms, but he did maintain his faith.

Sir Thomas Scott - He died in 1594, perhaps you mean Thomas Scott( 1808 - 1878) who was not so much an atheist, rather he was a proclaimer of freedom of thought and opinion. He rejected the singular mindset of the religious follower. There are several versions of what he said and none of them can be authenticated. Generally from my experience of seeing a couple of people die before me they tend not to break into soliloquies, unless they are trying to produce propaganda for Christians a few centuries hence.

It would seem that, "crock" was an appropriate response after all.
