Agree with you, this is what the CC been teaching for 2000 years, each catholic kid before the age of 10 when getting their first Eucharistic communion and partaking in the Body and Blood of Christ, becomeing a member of the one body of Christ 1 Corinthians 12:27

But you left out one important path for eternal life, leaving this out you still have no eternal life after following your list

Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven. 52 If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world. 53 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying: How can this man give us his flesh to eat? 54 Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you. 55 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day.

Reality of His Flesh and Blood (v. 55): In declaring His flesh and blood to be "real food" and "real drink," Jesus emphasizes that His offering is not metaphorical but an essential truth for spiritual nourishment. This underlines the seriousness of the act of communion, which is a sacramental participation in the body and blood of Christ.

The Bible is very clear in 1 Corinthians 11:27-29. In this passage, the Apostle Paul addresses the manner in which believers should partake of the Eucharist (also known as Communion).

    And Pauls Says:

1 Corinthians 11:27-29 27 "So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.
28 Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink from the cup.
29 For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves."

This passage emphasizes the importance of approaching the Eucharist with reverence and self-examination.
