You raise an interesting point @pivalde. If PBT2 is going to re-sensitize antibiotic resistant infections to generic antibiotics, then wouldn't the generic antibiotic companies benefit from PBT2 coming to market whilst companies that have patent protected antibiotics (ie antibiotics that are yet to become resistant) are likely to be big losers. It would be like the big oil producing countries not wanting electric powered cars from entering the market.
