I woz expecting an undignified response from the whacker on this admittedly tacky post, and i wasn't disappointed, but nothing of this order of magnitude on the outright despicable rudeness scale.
The bloke's a mess. Wrong on all counts, RE crashes, skunk penny dreadful gambling and wants the little bloke newbie RE owner/investor who bought in the last coupla yrs to pay for the disgrace that is dr low and jj.
Nope, not gonna happen. jj has pivotted and the market smells it. Expect lots more confetti to 'round UP' asset prices as and when required. SVB and the response to it on jj's balance sheet PROVED that.
But that aint no reason to go apeshit on some poor bloke advertising his business on HC.
