No one is saying that legalising pot makes it legal to be under the influence at work. Alcohol is legal but we don't allow people to work when they have been drinking.
Point I made is that THC can be detected in the system long after the effects have worn off, it the case of road side drug testing it only indicates if you have smoked pot that day. Where as work place testing use urine samples that will show up THC from days ago
