Not to mention saving a fortune on prison systems. It is amazing to think nearly 65% of prisoners in the US are there for non-violent drug related offences.
The War on Drugs has failed big time. Time for a different approach.
And no. I do not use drugs and never have done. But what people do in the privacy of their own homes is none of my business.
