No, I don't think so.
THC levels stay in your system for a long time if you're a regular user.
It's not a failing of the drug testing regime, it's a failing of the person using the drugs to understand that they cannot be under the influence of any substance drug prescription medicine or alcohol while at work on a mine site.
Simple. If you want to work in the industry, don't use it.
Don't downplay the mental health link either, it is well proven and has been documented by the medical profession many times over.
