how to get the new shares

So far I still havenot received the documents. I contacted REGISTRIES LIMITED yesterday, was told they will E-mail the documents to me, but so far still no answer.

Even more surprised, today I received email from Etrade saying: "If you wish to be protected for these Rights please acknowledge receipt of this email and arrange to have clear funds available in your account to cover the application money due by 11am 14 December 2009."

I really got confused now, where should I give the money and whom?

Very anxious now. I am seeking help from you guys now.
