Just finished my call with Frank.

He is very patient and nice.

He said yes I need to contact ETRADE to confirm that I will exercise my rights bought at Etrade, and put the money into my Etrade account. He also helped me to get the SSP documents. so I have to pay two times.

I didnot ask any question about our projects, because I can feel he is very confident and competent. I told him I will fully exercise my rights and support ORD for ever.

I also contacted ETARDE, was told I need to fax to 1300553851, and at the same time reply the email to confirm.
