I have some cash ready to buy SELF. Hopefully it becomes available to buy next week.

At the very least, I'll have an inside view of the SELF operations - any company contact I'll receive about it etc.

And it does sound somewhat nicer than the Target Portfolio section which requires regular upkeep/management. This will be similar to Target Portfolios (Target Indexes), but more passive, but just the one option for targeting - following top performing SMSFs. I think it could be expanded to multiple ETF options in the future.

I like the idea of SafetyRating Top 50 Re-balanced Monthly index, but it's too much ongoing effort and brokerage to follow that targeting manually. An ETF (or virtual ETF in the SWF platform) would be nice.
