I could never get my account created properly with Interactive Brokers - when I login to the Live portal I only see a place to set my mobile number
And choosing the Paper portal, when I try the support options I get "Your account is not currently eligible for this feature"
I've not bothered to pursue it further because if that's any indication of the level of usefulness of their web portal, then I suspect the rest of their product / service won't be much better, so I figured I'd try somewhere else when the time came that I wanted to transfer my SEZL shares somewhere.
