UPDATE: E*Trade US refused to do the asset transfer without the SSN/TIN Certified field on the DRS certificate saying Yes. This means I'd need to get certified with Computershare US, and then have the DRS certificate reissued. So it's a no go with E*Trade US. Might try pushing it over from Computershare, but they love to charge for everything usually.
