Thanks to yourself and Prosperity for your replies.

You are correct the paperwork & phone calls and verifications with IBKR is driving me crazy and costing me money.

But I am too scared to change brokers now.

The DRS transfer required to be manual due the exact matching names requirements..

Now I have converted the DRS to a holding in IBKR (after 10 days), I am trying to transfer from IBKR to St.George Directshares and received the following notification. They are asking me to wait 8 business days..... (this is a real bad process and I am glad when it's over)

As per our record, the position transfer request to take your SEZL shares is in the system and our team is reviewing it.
FOP transfers generally take 8 business days to complete if all the details are correct.
If details are incorrect or if there are any other issues, then it can take longer.
