    What happened to the SP overnight!
    Sezzle gets an upsized US$150M facility and pays off the remaining US$72M of the old facility and the share price tanks. Any answers crew?
    - was it the loss of cash reserves
    - was it the interest rates
    - was it other restrictive terms in the agreement
    - is it due to director selling

    We're down over 50% from highs and this quarter should be our most profitable to date.
