Well it only took 5 months and 7 calls but E*Trade US finally moved shares over from Computershare. As expected, had to chase & chase and remind them I'm not an American citizen with a unique SSN, as their systems often fail with this scenario. After saying they'll chase & get back to me (which they didn't), they admitted it was a fault on their end, forced me to start again, and hey presto it went through. No fees. Share price can hit $100 now.
