1. ask CMC to convert chess sezzle to Issuer sponsored sezzle....

1. ask CMC to convert chess sezzle to Issuer sponsored sezzle. Based on my experience, this takes about two to three days.
2. please ask Computer share of Melbourne to email you a cdi cancellation form.
3. fill in a cdi cancellation form and also ask for DRS certificate for your shares then send it back by email.
4. please wait for your DTS Certificate to arrive at your correct address. Based on my experience, this takes a week.
5. Submit your DRS certificate to your broker to transfer your DRS certificate into shares if your broker accepts the DRS Certificate transfer(I understand CMC and Commsec do not accept the DRS transfer). It may involve in a small fee for the transfer. It may three to five days to receive your shares in your account. Fee and timing may vary from one broker to others.
