Dear Client,
Sezzle Inc has submitted a formal application to the ASX for the removal of the company from the official list of the ASX under ASX listing rule 17.11 (the delisting).
Subject to ASX approval , the company expects to be suspended on the ASX on or around the close of trading on 12 ASX 2024 and delisting will take place on or around 16 JAN 2024. The company will be removed from the official list of the ASX and its CDIs will no longer be tradeable on the ASX.
The company’s securities will remain listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker SEZL and will only be tradeable on the NASDAQ.

You have a below options as of now and options are provided for information purpose and please reach your financial advisor for any decision making.
Option 1: Sell the ASX listed shares before delisting date (12/01/2024)
Option 2: Convert your ASX shares into NASDAQ listed shares. ( it may take longer time to convert due to restriction and limitation of custodian and registry and we have no confirmation of ETA of conversion)
Option 3 : for the better and faster conversion shares holders can sell in ASX and buy the same in NASDAQ (considering the delay in the process of transfer to NASDAQ).
Since the positions are pooled, The foreign securities may take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered from the date of certification received.
