I seem to recall our leader MS saying to buckle up & enjoy the ride, though he did say their might be a few "Turbulents " on the way. you always get those annoying people on a long haul flight such as cvi"s I recall 123 en saying a year to get this finance hopefully approved,but I cant seem to find where MS suggested or implied that he has lost financially, to the extent of houses even!!,Quite the opposite, seems he implied we might be buying new ones in a year or so if we sit tight.Where did you get this info from hitched ?
