as a medical doctor in this field of specialty I thought I should let the public know-
your eye muscles rotate your globe around an axis they have no impact on sight and refraction.
the shape and relative curvature of your cornea and the axial length of your eye, coupled with the natural or plastic lens in your eye are the only factors that influence refractive power and the ability of light to focus on the back of your eye to form a clear image.
go ahead and move your eyes about but it aint going to do much but waste your time.
