After doing some research of my own, I have come to the conclusion (atleast in my eyes and probably in the eyes of many) that the Australian real estate market is potentially about to head severely downwards as a result of China, the demise of the mining boom and the credit speculation that exists in the housing market.
As I am new to this sort of thing, i was hoping someone could give me advice on how i could best invest given this thesis. Unfortunately (or fortunately perhaps) for me, I am still young (19yrs old) so I don't own a home nor rent a place out so I don't have the option of selling my home and renting instead. Given this, what could be the best way for me to cash in on this opinion if it indeed falls true in the end?
Any advice would be great!
Cheers
