problem either way for you. if the housing market corrects along way, banks will tighten up on lending and they wont give you the money to get in!! if you wait for the big correction that doesn't happen, the market jumps without you. what to do... what to do?? do nothing and save what as you can but LIVE as well. if an opportunity comes your way in your lifes journey grab it!! but dont stress it if you miss this boat, cause boats come regularly you will find .
