Its tough to speculate with such scant information Alan, no leaky ship at Ionic thats for sure.

The JV with CLQ, is a given, that much we do know.
Will CLQ buy in to Ionic as part of the deal?
If so, how much money will they pay to secure the Membrane Technology?

One aspect I would like to see Alan, is Ionic retain the ability to " go it alone " in marketing its membranes independent of the JV.

I would like to think Ionic have secured a partnership for the energy storage side of the business.
Either the Li-S ( lithium Sulfur Battery ) and or the Super Capacitor.

Just reading the major Australian Daily newspapers Alan, I see plenty of applications for our Membranes and SuperCaps almost on a daily basis.

Of course Alan with our superCaps, you could do away with the Catenary wire making it a lot more aesthetically appealing, and saving a shipload of money on electricity.
