Hi Mark, I dont think its too late, its just that shareholders have been put through hell, and now think that any offer is better than nothing, it doesnt have to be that way, AM will have his way (and some were calling him stupid).

From my understanding now OZ cannot entertain just selling PH to BHP, any action would have to be by on market offer, or unfriendly TO offer.

I do respect and appriciate what BVB tried to do, I did offer my support (conditionally) at the time , but that was still when we thought we still had a bil in the bank,
BVB has proved that he was more aware of what was going on, than our mgmt was.
