How to learn to trade Options?

Hi Guys,
I am looking to alter my investment strategy to include trading Options.

As a youthful trader with no experience whatsoever and no confidence in trading options, id like to know if there is any useful training courses, books or mentors you would recommend and would love to hear your thoughts on Option trading, best trading markets to trade options on? what I should be careful of when trading options and anything that can help me understand options so I can become confident in trading these.
