1) RE: Revolving bank facility. CVN don't need to draw down until they need the funds for Dorado development. The set up & facility fees are relatively nominal.
It would hardly "burn through our cash pile" - it would add ammunition to it - and there will be an immediate increase in SP.
It would make a massive statement to the market (and VINVA) that another CVN cap raise is not required and VINVA would be stuffed.
2) CVN has been banging on how great Buffalo is.
They need to find a partner or sell a share of it.
If they go it alone - they play into VINVA's hands.
The last thing CVN should do is start burning the 100M+ in the bank going it alone at Buffalo.
Then, when STO does the Dorado FEED and Adrian realises there is not enough $$$ left to cover Buffalo alone and fund CVN's share of Dorado development - CVN shareholders will be stuffed.
Why?, Because Adrian will be forced to do another cap raise (exactly what VINVA wants him to do) & VINVA will successfully cash in on their giant short bet. (at the expense of CVN shareholders).
