What one should ask is why they are willing to pay 20% ?
It is a safe bet that as the SP goes north, some that have lent shares would be calling them back to cash up. Shorts have two options.
1: Buy on market, this is not so good, SP rises more as they lift demand, higher SP , more calls.
2: Borrow shares and use them to fill the call in the hope that the SP will settle. 20% sounds desperate to me.
And then ask your self this. What happens when the shorter thinks Russia a better place to hang out.
