Simple, employer-employee relationship: "You shall do your job no matter how dangerous it is, no matter how lethal it is and when it's over, pray you're dead!" Total abandonment of the soldier! Total neglect! These seppos are not only losing the hearts and minds (what an idiotic phrase) of the Iraqis, they're also losing the hearts and minds of those who are trying to win the Iraqi hearts and minds!
