I'd be looking for secondary indicators that all is going well..namely progress on the factory build and incremental development references as we say in the last announcement.

CFU have said that all is progressing well with no surprises and they are comfortable with being able to satisfy the criteria. They wont be telling us what the criteria is or how they are going at this stage given they are negotiating similar deals with other partners.

CFU release that this is a primary issue for their investor base, so they will be keen to let us know asap.

I dont know why they wont do what CERES did and announce that they think they can sort everything...bit of a non announcement but still keeps interest up.
