Or just continue to crush Cabcharge's grossly inefficient hold over the taxi industry and reduce regulations so the taxi industry can start to move towards Uber's business model and Uber has to abide by state laws.
Everyone wins except license plate holders, old taxi drivers and Cabcharge. Acceptable risk in equity.
