how do they "get away" with it (by having that 50B cap).. ? why do they need big banks backing in aust as they own no taxis/assets here - even their servers are probably in the Cloud.
the only time you get away with anything is if you try to share it with the tax man. But as we know - even big miners and big multi-nationals don't share with the Taxman most of the time.
