Are you some sort of space cadet? These items are on EBay and being sold from the old USSR. Get a grip on it before the straight jacket is applied.
I was only pointing out that parts that can be used for the initial charge accelerator circuit are for sale sale on Ebay, you would still need to come up with the critical mass of U235.....about 1.35 Kg for memory.
Rather than use an electrical detonation system a dirty bomb could be triggered from a conventional high explosive.
