Gizard, I'll give it one more go.. Tell me if i'm missing anything

- $8M stock with $3M in the bank
- directors have been buying big chunks on market all the way up to 25c as of two days ago
- great vend in - only giving shares away if milestones are met
- same directors as ex Extract - took that stock from 40 c to $10....
- company had been looking for a project for a while (3 years) and have now found one
- very tight capital structure so not a day trade - 30M shares and 30M options..
