    The vendor shares are only issued on satisfaction of milestones. ONLY 5M shares are being issued immediately.... the balance will be issued much closer to production..... i.e. on JORC and on BFS. If they get that stage they will be worth 100's of Millions so they have staggered the payments really well....

    Why would Peter Mac be buying on market?
