how to move to 50% ownership

    If I remember correctly, KRE have to spend $4 million (within 4 years?) in order to increase their ownership of the CR from 25 to 50%. How does that increase happen? Will NAV just hand this over, or will this happen in exchange for money? Does anybody know?
