    How to bring the first hint of an early share price recovery to a screaming halt - announce a bloody cap raising...! At 10c - which is about a 30% discount to the last traded price of 13c.

    And of course, the buy side is disappearing before our eyes, while the sell side builds.

    This will set back the share for weeks or months!

    Again!
