Theres off screen buyers, leave a a decent sell parcel up long enough and it will be snapped up. I may have screen shots somewhere if you want evidence.
My offloading strategy will take a few years, I will start to sell off my wife's holdings (no income SAHM) up to $90k worth each financial year, no CGT and would clear 85k after tax on the other 50%.
I will not touch the holdings in my name, I expect divies in the future.
I have very strong confidence that this will continue upwards for a while.
