Year 2. SP > $2.oo. 90 days. Issue 20m shares
Year 3. SP >$3.oo. 90 days. Issue 30 m shares.
That way CEO is focussed on SP not stealing from the till..
POH is now in a position to acheive these realistic goals...
Incentives sufficient to attract GUN CEO...
Long term holders all very happy with investment...
