Bottom line, the standing of the person they manage to attract will be a very telling comment of how the Company & its product are in fact viewed by senior, informed potential candidates.
An established figure with a reputation - the sp rockets; an unknown taking a chance - a decidedly negative impression. Rosen going it alone, having announced they were looking for somebody, would suggest nobody 'in the know' will touch it.
It will be an interesting announcement.
