But remember the market is saturated in these areas now with the big boys and competition is fierce.
I know about 4 guys that own small privately owned bottle shops and they are doing it very tough now.
I know guys that own tabs (betting places ) all doing it tough. To much competition eg clubs on line gaming etc.
I know guys that own houses of ill repute and they are doing it tough as there is to much competition and the small asian syndicates under cut every thing on price.
Woolworths and Westfarmers appear the go. Commodities eg Gold platinum and silver Businesses that deal in reposessions and liquadation sales and forecloseurs.
