I have followed AFG for a long time now and am very aware of their disclosure obligations. Mgnt, too, are very aware of them, as previously evidenced, and I'd be sincerely surprised if they were withholding information that would materially influence the share price. It follows, that if they're not, the current price is highly deflated and will likely revert.
