derisking from BMG was a good move from BPT guys. They still hold a very high percentage and can cash in for more valued (given higher risk) plays like this recent deal. Good move to chase a bit more upside with these foreign plays. nice diversification - puts a bit more upside on any success they may have, rather than hover in the mid $1's. Good announcement as they are upping the ante.
