    - This is so true, if VCR management REALLY BELIEVED in the growth story and most importantly the SURVIVAL of the c/o, they would be buying stock!

    - This would not only REASSURE investors but would restore much needed CONFIDENCE in Ventracor.

    - But they continue to do NOTHING!!!
