Ok.. I had trouble with a computershare login for CNU. I finally got the login working and when you login & look up tax it asks you for this number.
it’s basically a TFN from NZ. If you get one from the Revenue service you can claim back the withholding tax and get the franking credit but you have to lodge a NZ tax return and open a NZ ba? nk account.
(that would be interesting as one CNU account for me is in super….)
I was wondering if anyone else has actually done this. I might ring them Monday. Dunno?
