Honestly can't remember how I solved this when I first owned CNU many years ago.

I would say however that computershare in New Zealand I have always found amazingly helpful over the phone.

I know I'm registered in New Zealand for this company, I phoned them again just a week ago to check on my details were still accurate.

If you have any queries ring up computer share New Zealand directly I'm afraid I don't have the phone number handy I would be surprised if the problem isn't solved.

I can only think it must be a very small office over there. They are far too helpful.
