Did Jehovah managed to protect Christian Europe from the black death? Or from the Great Famine?

First of all you need to realize no one has been shielded from the plague of death since Adam sinned.
(Romans 5:12) That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because they had all sinned—.
Then it needs to be realized that Jehovah dignifies has servants with the opportunity to demonstrate their loyalty even to the point of death as was the case with his Son and many of the apostles.
(Luke 22:31) “Simon, Simon, look! Satan has demanded to have all of you to sift you as wheat.
Where the black death is concerned , I don't know of any that were serving Jehovah at that time, do you? That was at the time of the great apostasy that Jesus foretold.
(Matthew 13:38, 39) ..... As for the fine seed, these are the sons of the Kingdom, but the weeds are the sons of the wicked one, and the enemy who sowed them is the Devil. The harvest is a conclusion of a system of things, and the reapers are angels.
